Thank you for investing in ANGELICA MARIA ENTERPRISES LLC products and services. Please review this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. This Refund Policy is incorporated by reference into the Program Enrollment Agreement and the Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between this Refund Policy and any other Company document regarding refunds, this Refund Policy controls.

Product Refund Terms

  • Command Your Chaos™: Full refund within 14 days, for any reason. After 14 days, all sales are final. Removal for cause forfeits all fees, with no refund. Sections 1 and 2.

  • Digital products: Non-refundable once delivered or access is granted. Section 3.

  • Community memberships: Non-refundable. Cancel anytime to stop future renewals. No pro-rated refunds. Section 4.

  • Webinar and event tickets: Non-refundable once the event has occurred. Section 5.

1. COMMAND YOUR CHAOS™ (PREMIUM PROGRAM)

Command Your Chaos™ carries a full refund for any reason within fourteen (14) days of your purchase date. No questions asked. No work required. No conditions.

How to request a refund. Email billing@theangelicamaria.com with the subject line REFUND REQUEST. Include your full name and the email address used at enrollment. Your refund will be processed promptly.

1.1 After the Fourteen-Day Window

After the fourteen-day refund window closes, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason after this period, including but not limited to: changing your mind about enrollment; deciding the Program is not the right fit; personal circumstances including illness, job changes, or schedule conflicts; not completing lessons or workbook exercises; dissatisfaction with Program content; or technical difficulties on your end that are not caused by the Program platform.

1.2 Payment Plans

If you enrolled on a payment plan and request a refund within the fourteen-day window, you will receive a refund of payments made, less processing fees where applicable. Remaining scheduled payments are cancelled immediately upon refund approval, and no additional payments will be collected.

A payment plan is a commitment to pay the full Program price. It is not a month-to-month subscription. Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in suspension of access and referral to collections where permitted by law.

2. REMOVAL FOR CAUSE: NO REFUND

Removal for cause voids all refund rights. The fourteen-day refund window does not apply to any Student removed from the Program for cause.

Forfeiture and immediate removal. A participant removed for cause forfeits all fees paid and all access to Program materials, live sessions, the community, and all bonuses, regardless of how many days remain in any refund window and regardless of how much of the Program has been completed. Removal is immediate, without prior warning and without a progressive discipline process, at the sole discretion of ANGELICA MARIA ENTERPRISES LLC.

Removal for cause includes, without limitation:

  • Zero tolerance.Sexual harassment or unwanted sexual conduct of any kind, including unwelcome advances, requests for sexual favors, or sexually suggestive or explicit comments, messages, or images, in any online or offline Program setting, including live video sessions, the community platform, chat, comments, or direct messages

  • Zero tolerance.Copying, reproducing, adapting, or using another participant’s confidential work product, including frameworks, program structures, offer designs, positioning language, or business concepts disclosed during live sessions, build teams, hot seats, or community participation

  • Zero tolerance.Copying, reproducing, distributing, reselling, republishing, or teaching Company intellectual property as your own, including Command Your Chaos™, The Overlooked Asset™, The MISSION Method™, the Frame-Phase Formula™, curriculum, templates, workbooks, prompts, or recordings

  • Zero tolerance.Abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or disruptive behavior

  • Any other material violation of the Community Guidelines, the Student Acknowledgment Agreement, or the Program Enrollment Agreement

3. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All digital products, including templates, guides, toolkits, and downloads, are non-refundable once the product has been delivered or access has been granted.

4. COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIPS

Community memberships renew automatically unless cancelled prior to renewal. No pro-rated refunds or credits are issued for partial months or unused access. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

5. WEBINAR AND EVENT TICKETS

Paid webinar or event tickets, including VIP tiers and order bumps, are non-refundable. All sales are final at the time of purchase, whether or not you attend and whether or not the event has occurred. A recording is included with VIP tickets only. Standard or general tickets do not include a recording.

6. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Contact us before filing a dispute. Email billing@theangelicamaria.com before contacting your financial institution. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting the Company directly is a violation of the Program Enrollment Agreement. If a chargeback is filed, your access to the Program and community is immediately suspended pending resolution.

ANGELICA MARIA ENTERPRISES LLC reserves the right to provide documentation supporting the transaction, including proof of access and acceptance of terms, and to pursue all available remedies, including termination of access, recovery of costs, and referral to collections where permitted by law.

7. EU AND UK PARTICIPANTS

If you reside in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may be entitled to a statutory cooling-off period under applicable consumer protection law. The Company’s fourteen-day refund window meets or exceeds that period. Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable statutory right you hold under the law of your jurisdiction.

8. HOW REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your financial institution and is typically five to ten business days. Upon refund, access to Program materials, the community, live sessions, and all bonuses ends immediately.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

The Company may update this Refund Policy at any time. The version in effect on your date of purchase governs your purchase. Material changes will be posted with an updated Last Updated date.
