meet the founder

hi, i’m angie

A mama first. Retired U.S. Air Force Major, registered nurse, and the founder of Angelica Maria Enterprises. I have been a registered nurse for 13 years and spent over a decade in uniform serving both overseas and on the home front, leading teams in family health, pediatrics, internal medicine, deployment and disaster preparedness. I led units that were broken and rebuilt them from the inside out.

THE LEADER I HAD TO BECOME: The military taught me to lead under pressure, to make the call when the margin for error was zero, and to put people before everything else. More than anything, it taught me that leadership is about helping people see the value in themselves that they may not yet recognize, and empowering them to use it to create lasting impact in the lives of others. Here's what most people never say out loud: leadership isn't given or assigned, it's built, through adversity, accountability, and becoming the person the role demands of you. The first person I had to learn to lead was myself, and that was the hardest, most rewarding work of my career.

THE TURN: Then my mission shifted. I became a mother, and everything I was building toward changed. When my daughter's father unexpectedly passed away, being fully present for her, as her only parent, became the priority that redefined everything. Deployments were no longer feasible. She needed me, and she became MY WHY. Everything starts and finishes with a why. So I made the hardest and best decision of my career. Everyone told me I was crazy to walk away from the stability and the guaranteed paycheck. After ten years, I stepped away from the uniform, and I started over.

WHY THIS EXISTS: The values don't leave when the environment changes. Discipline, service, integrity, and an unwillingness to cut corners followed me into everything I built next, and so did the instinct to build leaders. It's the heartbeat of how I run my business today.

I earned my AI Business Strategy certification, with generative AI and agents, from Johns Hopkins, because the best leaders never stop learning. But AI should never replace the human behind the business. Judgment, empathy, ethics, and strategy can't be replicated by any tool. What AI can do is accelerate the skill you already have. You just may not see it yet, and I'm here to show you how.

Two women in an office setting, one standing and pointing at a laptop screen, the other seated and writing in a notebook, with a plate of croissants on the table.

My faith, my family, service, and integrity sit at the center of every decision I make. This business exists because the people who have spent years serving everyone else deserve to build something of their own. Something that reflects their skill. Something that runs without burning them out. Something that creates real transformation, for them and the people they serve.

That's why Command Your Chaos™ exists. It was built for the person who keeps getting asked the same questions. How do you do that? Can you help me with this? The one solving problems other people can't, who has quietly thought, I could probably charge for this. You're right. You should…and now you can. That thing you keep minimizing is your Overlooked Asset™, and this is where you finally claim it.

YOUR NEXT CHAPTER: If you've read this far, you're not here by accident.

You have a skill, whether you see it yet or not, and something in you knows there's a better way to build.

Let's build it. Together. 💖

Welcome to your

next chapter.

Let's build.
